• User Data: Your Discord User ID. This is required to link your card inventory, rank, and economy balances to your specific account.
• Server Data: Discord Guild (Server) IDs. This is used to manage server-specific settings and facilitate cross-server matchmaking features.
• Game Data: Your in-game progress, including win/loss records, experience amounts, card inventories, and economy balances.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Running the core card game mechanics and simulation engine.
• Saving your progress, economy, and inventory across different servers.
• Pairing you with other players in the park and ranked matchmaking systems.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties. All collected data is stored securely and is only accessible by the Bot's development team for maintenance purposes.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as you continue to use the Bot. If you wish to have your data completely wiped, you can request deletion by contacting the developer via our support server.

Terms of Service

By inviting Swish to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptable Use

• You may not use automated scripts, macros, or "self-bots" to exploit the economy system or farm card packs.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or probability loops. If you discover a bug, you are expected to report it to the developers.
• You may not use the Bot to harass other users through the cross-server matchmaking system.

2. Virtual Economy and Items

All in-game assets, including currency and cards, hold no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to modify economy values at any time.

3. Service Availability

Swish is provided "as is." While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may go offline for updates or maintenance.

4. Termination and Bans

We reserve the right to blacklist any User ID or Server ID from utilizing the Bot at our sole discretion. Violating these Terms results in a permanent ban from the Swish economy.
